Refund Policy

We offer a 5-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

For a return to be approved, the product must:

  • Be in unused and unworn condition

  • Have all original tags intact

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Be accompanied by the order confirmation or invoice

To request a return, please reach out to us via email or WhatsApp with your order details.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will be guided on the return process.
Any parcel sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Worn, washed, or altered items

  • Products without tags or damaged packaging

  • Sale or discounted products

  • Custom-made or stitched orders

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or as store credit.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.
